RETURNS

Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of shipment. If 15 days have passed since your purchase has shipped we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Damaged package returns are valid for 3 days from receipt of delivery. On day 4 the package is no longer eligible for return authorization.
All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) unless it is a carrier refusal. Email themediagooru@gmail.com with your summary of explanation for your request. Eligible returns must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition as you received it. If an item shows visible package damage upon receipt from a carrier you may refuse the package and a claim will be filed upon its return to our company. Refunds are not an option during an open claim. Once the claim is settled a new item will be shipped to you to replace the damaged shipment. Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis and at the sole discretion of our company, not a requirement. If you choose to receive a damaged package you have 3 business days from receipt to notify our company of the damage. An RA# will be provided for the return. Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned package notice will be provided for status of the return or a claim will be filed against the carrier. Above rules apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Return time-frames start from the date and time the carrier shows delivery. If you have arrangements with your carrier which do not require signature upon delivery and packages may be left, this is NOT our problem or liability. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Goods exempt from returns include but are not limited too... Gift Cards, Printed Media (business cards, bumper stickers, decals, CD covers, gift certificates, raffle tickets, etc.), Custom Items (name tags, magnetics, logo and branding media, wall graphics, street signs, etc.), Lineage Signage (family crest, name plates, family tree, flags. etc.), Perishable items (magazines, newspaper, food, flowers, etc.), Intimate or Sanitary Goods, Health or Personal Care Items, Hazardous Goods or Public Promotional Media. We will not accept the return or refusal, we will not refund the form of payment and we will not ship it back to you at our cost. If in doubt request an RA# (Return Authorization Number) by emailing billing@cottlemultimedia.com!
Books, Audio and Video Media (CD, DVD, Software, Video Games, Etc.) are ineligible for return once opened.
To complete a return, we require a Return Authorization Number (RA#), receipt or proof of purchase and verification of the processed funds. Do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must have the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package and the return shipping label for accurate tracking.
Partial refunds are granted on a case by case basis (if applicable). Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee to be determined by the validity of the return. Sale items are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund a notification email will be sent, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. This refund may take up to 14 business days from approval. If 14 business days have passed and you haven’t received a refund contact your credit card company and verify initiation of a pending refund. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If the method of payment is a Debit Visa please verify the transaction and pending refund with your bank as well, processing times can be extended. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billing@cottlemultimedia.com.
SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and/or are approved under the guidelines above. If you need to complete an exchange for the same item, send us an email at billing@cottlemultimedia.com with explanation and a RA# will be provided once approved. GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you for your use with our company. If the item was purchased and not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you, a refund will be processed to the method of payment used by the gift giver at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We always recommend shipping returns with a carrier that provides a tracking number. We are not liable for packages which are lost during shipment if a tracking order can not be provided, we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item. We advise insurance on packages over the value of $50.00.
